NonProfit Jewish Family & Children’s Services makes the most of Funding

Princeton, New Jersey - Jewish Family & Children’s Services has recently taken action to lower operating expenses and increase productivity in an effort to uphold their reputation for reporting remarkably low overhead costs. 

The nonprofit community service agency invested in a new phone system through Long Branch, New Jersey telecommunications company, Vital Voice and Data. This company was selected for their expertise in carefully timed telecommunications network and system moves. Vital Voice and Data is able to provide a smooth, transparent transition to a new hosted IP phone system with minimal interruption to Jewish Family & Children’s Services’ ability to serve its clients and consumers.

By switching to a better phone system, Jewish Family & Children’s Services is able to lower overhead costs and increase the effectiveness of both their internal and external communication, ultimately leading to long term growth. This new hosted IP phone system with auto failover and built-in network redundancy will ensure calls are never missed or lost. The new telecommunications system design will also include disaster recovery and business continuity.

Supporters of Jewish Family & Children’s Service’s recognize the nonprofit’s astonishingly low overhead costs. The organization’s website notes that 84 cents of every donated dollar goes to providing client services. Operational decisions, such as selecting the most efficient phone system, are crucial to keeping these overhead costs at a minimum.
